The collaboration pairs Pillar’s kitted NGS panels, designed for use in local laboratories, with CellCarta’s facilities across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and China. The companies said the model is intended to support faster patient stratification in biomarker-driven trials by reducing reliance on centralized testing and associated sample logistics.
Pillar’s oncoReveal portfolio includes panels covering solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, supported by its proprietary multiplex PCR chemistry and PiVAT bioinformatics platform. The portfolio also includes companion diagnostic claims approved by the US FDA for specific biomarkers, including EGFR mutations in non-small cell lung cancer and KRAS mutations in colorectal cancer.
