Immix Bio offering to raise USD 125m after 89% CR rate for BCMA CAR T in amyloidosis

Los Angeles-based Immix Biopharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMMX) priced a USD 125 million underwritten public offering to support development of its BCMA-directed CAR-T therapy NXC-201 and other corporate purposes.

The company is offering approximately 11.4 million shares at USD 11.00 each, with the transaction expected to close on September 30, 2026. J.P. Morgan is acting as sole book-running manager.

NXC-201 is an autologous BCMA-directed CAR T designed to eliminate pathogenic plasma cells producing amyloidogenic light chains. It is being evaluated in the registrational-design Phase II NEXICART-2 study in relapsed or refractory AL amyloidosis and has received Breakthrough Therapy and Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy designations from the US FDA.

The financing follows a USD 150 million offering in May 2026, which generated approximately USD 140.7 million in net proceeds and was expected at the time to extend Immix's cash runway into mid-2028.
