The agreement will see Insilico apply its Pharma.AI generative AI platform to discovering, designing, and optimizing novel candidates across neuroinflammatory, neurodegenerative, and rare neurological indications, with SK taking responsibility for all late-stage development and commercialization.
Under the terms announced at the BIO 2026 International Convention, Insilico is eligible to receive up to USD 18 million in combined upfront and near-term milestone payments. The total potential value of USD 2.5 billion encompasses development, regulatory, and commercial milestones, plus single-digit royalties on net sales. Insilico's March 2026 collaboration with Eli Lilly, which covered an existing portfolio of preclinical oral therapeutics across multiple therapeutic areas, carried a USD 115 million upfront against a USD 2.75 billion total.
